Based in suburban Washington D.C. and founded in 2003, Lyceum quickly achieved market validation as the winning bidder on a multi-million dollar contract to handle the payroll and personnel order system of the U.S. Public Health Service. Prior to 2003, our technology processed some of the nation's most complex payrolls, including Dole Foods, LTV Steel, Northrop Aviation, TRW, Charles Schwab, and State Street Global Advisors.
