Lyceum’s payroll/HR processing service is a web-based, hosted application that calculates pay in real-time based on data and/or source documents supplied by the client. As part of the implementation process we meet with all prospective clients, regardless of size, to understand and capture their requirements. The payroll and payroll-related functional capabilities are then customized to operate in accordance with the parameters and metrics specified by the client and programmed into the system.
